P60 or Equilavent From a Pension

    Hi there,
Trying to claim my tax back from the last couple of years at the minute and have encountered a rather annoying problem. Until I was 18, I am 22 now, I was claiming a life assurance payment in my name. I started a new job in October and when they went to the tax office, they had neglected to strike the payment from their records, after a lot of to and fro I managed to sort that out.
Now while I am only claiming for the past two years, that is 2010 and 2011, I have been asked to present a p60 form from Irish Life, which I don't ever remember receiving, is it perhaps named something different when coming from a pension or should I contact them about it? Any help is much appreciated.

Contact Irish Life, you would be getting an annuity.

They'll send you a copy of your P60 pretty quickly.
