Thinking of moving to Sandyford Village

Any thoughts on this part of town? With plenty of schools, easy access to M50, Dundrum Town centre closeby, is this a good spot for a growing family? I drove pass the village during the day and night, and it appears to be a quiet, quaint village. Deciding to move here or Dundrum.
