    Hi there
I ve done a small bit of flashing ;-) so im not a total noob

    Here goes.......

I flashed Darkys resurrection edition a few days ago and have noticed the following.

When I was at home my phone would be connected to wifi (packet data also turned on)
Battery life is amazing !!!!!! only a 1 (maybe 2) percent drop overnight.

When I left the house here is where i have the problem
My battery would drop 40 or 50 % in an hour!!!!!
As soon as i get back home again more stable on the wifi.

I turned off packet data to see if this would help and it does, the battery life once again is amazing.

So it seems like having 3g enabled is murdering the battery.

I have tried the default that comes with 10.2 RE
    I have tried BUJP5
    I have tried ZSJPE
    And also ZSJPG

    I am on vodafone
Any suggestions on a modem to help with this......
    Or any other suggestions

As i said wifi is amazing and no packet data is amazing
However on packet data (no wifi) the battery drain is rediculous.

    Model: GTI9000
    Firm: 2.3.4
    Base: I9000BUJP5
    Kernel: 2.6.35.7
    Build 10.2
