Anyone any advice on which one of these courses to do, looking to change career into IT. The UCD one is to a masters level but is 15 months and money is tight. Would be great to hear from people who have experience of these two courses, which is better in terms of content covered and job prospects. Thanks in advance guys.

Post up the details of both, such as the topics covered.

My immediate instinct would be to say go for the higher qualification if you can afford it. Short term pain for longer term gain, and all that.

Also, it's worth bearing in mind that the UCD is a 12 month grad diploma with an extra semester on the end of masters level material to make it an MSc - if after 12 months you're done, you can drop out and take the lower qualification.
