    hi
Not sure if posting on correct thread....

I have sky box and free view box in attic ...both are into joiner and I can get either sky subscription or freeview on all three tvs on different stations which is fine.

I want to also add to two of these tvs (no freeview tuner)the saorview stations.

I just wondered if I put saorview aerial outside , and dropped two cables
down to these two TVS could I use a standard adaptor and plug back in the co axiale that is there now, into one side of the adaptor and then the new cable into the other side. I know I would have the sky subscription/freeview back as was , but would I be able to tune in saorview on another channell? would that work?

I meant to say I know I would to put a saorview box in attic and take feed from RF out to get signal in first place.

    Thks

    Minder:confused:

What do you mean by freeview? Is it a Free-to-air satellite receiver connected to the satellite dish or a UK freeview terrestrial receiver connected to an aerial and receiving the UK channels from a transmitter in N Ireland or Wales? The terms are regularly confused by posters here.

No Saorview receiver that I know of has an RF out to feed a remote TV with the Saorview channels, only scart and HDMI. To convert the output to RF you'll require something like this Triax Trilink.

How old are your TVs, maybe they have a digital tuner capable of receiving Saorview without a separate STB?

Also who set up your initial setup? Can you get them back to add what you need?
