Whats your golf fitness handicap?

    Came across this series of body motion tests lately that I think are quite good at pointing out areas where the body could improve for the golf swing.

    Basically your "golf fitness handicap" is calculated by you ability to complete 12 tests. You get 0 points for a pass and 3 points for a fail.

    The company itself say if your your golf fitness handicap is higher then your golf handicap then you need to work on your body, and if your golf fitness handicap is lower then your golf handicap then you need lessons.

    Dont know how accurate these calculations are, but what I did get out of it is to pinpoint where my body has restrictions and found the tests I failed, related very closely to my own swing faults.

    Anyway,
    My golf fitness handicap is 15 and golf handicap is about the same.
    Whats yours???? And be honest:D

    Pelvic Tilt Test =0
    Pelvic Rotation Test =0
    Torso Rotation Test =0
    Overhead Deep Squat =3 (hands slightly ahead of knees)
    Toe Touch Test =3 (a good 2" to go with knees locked)
    90/90 Shoulder Rotation Test =3 (about 75% only)
    Single Leg Balance =3 (couldn't do this at all)
    Lat Test =3 (abt 2" from wall)
    Half Kneeling Rotation =0
    Bridge with Leg Extension =0
    Leg Lowering Test =0
    Hip Rotation Test =0
