Judicial Separation question

    Hi, I am supposed to attend court next week for a Judicial Separation with my wife, due to personal circumstances I have changed my mind and no longer want the separation and will just continue to stay married although my wife and I live apart. I would like to know is it possible for me to postpone at such short notice as it has taken a lot of time to get to this stage??

    We will still seek divorce next year as we will have been living apart for the 4 years needed to obtain divorce. Can we still get divorced without getting a judicial separation??

    :confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused:

    just to clarify; both my wife and I are agreeing to divorce I do not want to attend court for the judicial separation and would prefer to let things go until the 4 year has passed and we can obtain the divorce then.
