Hi, Just wondering if someone could recommend a good facial? I seldom get one done. I want the facial to really exfoliate my skin, leaving it with a nice glow at the end and even help deminish my crows feet! Any advice please?

Look for an AHA facial. Different salons use different brands but many call it the same name. It is a fruit acid peel - very gentle on the skin and results are fantastic.
