HELP any advice is accepted!

A friends facebook business account has been hacked and she has lossed admin access...

The hacker is the EX business partner and EX Lover has somehow hacked the new FB password and has blocked her access..

I have tried to contact Facebook by phone and email have spent the last 2 hours trying to finding a customer support lead but no joy...can anyone assist me in this matter?
