a game of 2 halves if there ever was one. the first 3 quarters was all steelers as they put on a defensive display worthy of a playoff team holding the giants to 3 points and even they where due to a lucky deep throw.

the game looked over going into the 4th with the steelers 21-3 up. eli manning at this point changed to 4th quarter eli manning ala superman in a phonebooth:) 22 unanswered points put the giants 4 points up leaving the steelers needing a td with 44 secs and no timeouts.

a hail mary brought them to the 3 yard line and big ben hurried the play just getting it off on time the giants got some heat on him bit he rolled out right and threw into the right corner of the endzone almost an exact copy of his superbowl winning throw of 2009. however on this occasion giants cb thomas just got to it with his finger tips to bat it away game giants.

Incredibly close game in the Lions vs Falcons.

Falcons manage to scrape together 3 field goals while the lions get 2 field goals and a TD to make it 13-16 Detroit. Then, an inexplicable fumble from best leaves John Abraham with an 89yd TD run late in the fourth. On the next play the Lions break a run for a TD run but it's called back for a hold, very unfortunate. The Falcons then manage to run out the clock, Making it 16-13 Atlanta the final score.

The Lions were very unlucky not to win this one. It was always going to be a close game and I don't feel like I deserved the win. I'll take it though :pac:
