I want to collect all 7 for my particular subjects but have no idea on what basis they're issued to a candidate. I heard it is for achieving 100% in an exam?

Personally I'm not even worried. I mean the thought I will receive less than 100% is laughable

I know a guy who got the German one. He got 99.75% because he made one grammatical error.

I'm not worried either. Cannot imagine me not receiving less than 100% in any subject. Pure perfection.
Ha. Well at least he got one! I wouldn't issue one to him as he slipped up, and slip ups are for greenhorns.
