I'm trying to contact them but I'm getting a message to say 'number not in service' - anyone know if they are still in business?

Its a very 'homely' place. You'd be better off just dropping in. Their range of gear is lower end and second hand stuff. So don't expect to buy a top of the range Storck.

Hi there - I'm not looking to buy something - I have a voucher for a service and it stipulates to call in advance. The phone sounds like it's been disconnected.

That was on Citydeals or LargeGroupImpulseBuy or one of those things a while back...
Reminds me that I've the same thing.

Via Pigsback, the one I have needs to be used by June 30.

Anyway, I went over there and turns out there phone is out of action but they're still very much in business. Thankfully no hassle just turning up as it's a good bit out of my way.

They are indeed still in service, was there yesterday. The shop's moved from the small office space to the old newsagents attached to it.

The bike service was always 13 euro fyi, I've had a couple of bikes serviced there without vouchers.

Really? The 'full service' as listed on their website

    http://www.artanebikecentre.com/repairs.html

is €35 and this was the value of the voucher - can't remember how much I actually paid for it.

Maybe the €35 is for 'new customers'?

So I called them this morning as my Living Social deal expires in a few weeks.

I was told that the guy who issued the vouchers has 'gone out of business'?! The guy on the phone said he could have a look at it, 'is there much wrong with it?' etc. I was keen to point out that there's nothing wrong with it but it needs a service. I was told a service could be done for €20. This is a joke, apparently Living Social were to contact people but I have heard nothing. It's only €12 but still

They're under new management now, same staff just a different owner.
