Head to the same office you paid it in and hand the keys back.

So the deadline to return the keys is the end of June. I went in yesterday to get my deposit back only to be told that the guy who looks after these things is off for three weeks. Helpful.
I'm going away myself tomorrow, will they give me my deposit back in August?

Same thing happened to me last year. If you don't return the key they will have to change the lock anyway, and you will lose your deposit. I stuck the key to a piece of paper, detailing that I had missed him and that I would be unable to return it when he was back. I listed my name and the locker number and where it was and asked if I might be able to collect my key in September. I put them in an envelope and shoved it under his door in the Arts Block. I also emailed him to that effect. I got a response back saying that was OK. I called in in September (with a copy of his reply) and I got my money.
    His address was norman.richardson@tcd.ie

Lockers are going to be cleared out after 21st June. There's a sign up stating the fact.

I emailed Norman today but got an out of office reply which stated to contact a Ms. Sandra Fox. No reply as of yet. Going to head in tomorrow to try sort it out.

He can be difficult to track down in my experience. Going to him in person is probably the best way.

He's on leave until 2nd July so it'll be hard to track him down before the deadline with the lockers. I guess just ask the security staff in the Arts block or email his deputy.

Just email the woman she will keep them on hold.

No, just find the Deputy Superintendent.

You don't. Don't you know that's how they fund the security guards' Christmas party?:)
