I'll keep it short. I've suffered from depression for the last year or so, got very bad so told my parents who brought me to the GP, and I've been on anti-depressants since November.

All was fine up until now. I have these horrible thoughts in my head again and they won't go. I'm afraid to be by myself because I'm afraid of what I'll do.

If anybody can help me and give me advice on how to get out of this rut, please do. I don't know what to do.

You need to tell your GP that you have horrible thoughts and you're afraid of what you'll do.

I'm afraid we are not qualified to offer you guidance - you need to tell your parents, or just tell your GP if you feel you can't speak to your parents - but you need to let someone know in the real world and get help so that you don't do anything to harm yourself.

    All the very best.
