Hi, I have come across loads of supplies on Ebay but they're all too expensive for what you get. I'm just wondering does anybody get theirs cheaper anywhere else. I'm looking for cardboard ones with the Mylar windows and pages to put them in. All the U.S sites I came across were very cheap but the postage is dear. Also if there isn't any cheap places to get them would someone be willing to go 50/50 on the shipping from the U.S.? Could get a good lot of supplies to make it worthwhile.:) Just an example below

I actually bought a huge box of supplies from that very site in the US before. Postage wasn't that bad but then again it was about 7 or 8 years ago. I don't see why you can't source cheap supplies from the UK or Germany.

I got a quote for postage of $90:eek: and there wasn't that much stuff in the order. I have looked at the likes of Lighthouse in Germany and a few others but way more expensive. Would you Know of any others I could check out?

I thought Lighthouse in Germany seemed reasonable enough price wise. Unless you mean their postage rates? I've never bought directly from them, usually from resellers on ebay and the max postage is usually around 20 euro. Can't recommend anyone specific, I usually just look on ebay for the cheapest prices when I need something.

I have bought coin holders, capsules, sheets, binders and even a couple of nice display boxes from a German company called Prophila (www.prophila.com) they were excellent. They do Lighthouse and Lindner and many others. There is a minimum shipping charge of €10 to Ireland, so if buying, try and get a few things at the same time to make the most of it. They deliver by DHL and it usually only takes about 3 days if the stuff is in stock.

That's brilliant, I think I'll order off that site. Cheers

Yeah same here, cheers DMcL1971. Says it's a flat rate of 10 euro to Ireland, nice. I need to get about 10 coin albums which would be pretty heavy.
