Is anyone any wiser after the EGM on Wed? I can't see benefits to either side in this deal?
Also, in relation to the US Oil and Gas shares - how can anyone value the new share price of C-ADS / Proventus energy when it hasn't been decided how the 3m shares are going to be distributed?
