Only certain forums allow this function - The Ladies Lounge, The Gentlemen's Club, Personal Issues and Relationship Issues are the ones I can think of.

If it's one of these forums, you just log out and post normally. Your post won't show straight away as it has to be cleared by a mod of that forum first.
