I have a damaged Iron head but have a club with the same head on but has a different shaft.
Would it be easy enough to remove the damaged head and put the other head from the steel shaft on the graphite shaft?
Specialist shop or would the pro shop do it?

Wouldn't actually be that easy as you are looking to pull from a graphite shaft and reuse it, but most pros are well able to do it. Ask your local pro and even if he/she dose not want to do it I'm sure they could point you in the right direction.
