south america 3 week holiday ?

hi myself and a few of the lads are on for going to south america on holidays we know that we would need a few months to explore south america right but 3 weeks is all the time we have we dont want to spent half the holiday traveling between places , what would be the best plan for places to visit where there is good…

hi myself and a few of the lads are on for going to south america on holidays we know that we would need a few months to explore south america right but 3 weeks is all the time we have we dont want to spent half the holiday traveling between places , what would be the best plan for places to visit where there is good nightlife and a few places to see , first place comes to mind is Rio right ? or is there as good of places in Argentina but cheaper any help would be greatly appreciated
