I dont think bad luck had anything to do with it. Sounds like someone messed up.

    Ditto on my initial thoughts!

What sort of foam was it? Hope they didn't try and fill a cavity with expanding foam?

I have had a few engineers structural and civil five at this stage all in agreement also and a guy from a concete lab ,i've been working close on it and done as much reaserch it took me nearly three months to decide on what to go for as reguards insulation , i have alot of pictures but there hard to see the full extent of damage as it burt both inner and outter leaves , it might be cheeper to rebuild rather that patch up , but everyone says they have never seen it , as every corner is burst

It's very silly for you to post anything on this on the internet until any court case is settled.

Thread locked, for your own good.
