Problem with Chrome opening

    I have a problem with Chrome opening.
    When I click on start and open Chrome, it works fine ,
    but when I click again on start and Chrome, to open a second tab it opens
    as " New Tab " and I have to click on " Open homepage " to get it.
    Its the same for every additional tab I open. ??
    Only the first tab opens correctly.
    Any ideas / suggestions ??
