I've recently qualifies for Job seekers benefit and I'm due to collect the first payment tomorrow. However on the letter, it has my weekly rate as 0.00. I presume its a typo as I did qualify?

Also it mentions that I need my Social Services Card which I do not have. Don't think I've ever had one.....can I just provide my passport and letter to the post office clerk to collect payment until I get a SS card??
