Remotely Controlling Windows and Ubuntu from Ubuntu

    Hi.

My father has a laptop which i set up to dual boot into Windows or Ubuntu. He normally uses Ubuntu but the odd time he has to use Windows for something.

If he ever encounters a problem he calls me and god bless him he tries to explain what is happening and after ages we normally get to the bottom of the issue.

But, now I'm thinking it might be time for me to set up remote access to his laptop so I can see what the issue is.

Is there a way I can remotely view/control Windows and Ubuntu from my Ubuntu?

    Thanks
