    Had a look at some of the IT, and I hate to be negative but 300 for basic javascript as an example, is incredibly overpriced, considering all the excellent free tutorials available.

    I think thenewboston.com is great for this kind of stuff although there is no completion certificate.

    Lynda would be much better, with course completion certificates and with access to over 1,350 courses, for 250 dollars a year, i'd prefere to spend my money here.
