Logging into Google Chrome

    Hi my uncle has a problem, he can't sign into Google Chrome.
    It tells him that the account is already being used on the computer but it doesn't show his name in the top right nor have any websites in the squares when he opens it first, e.g. facebook.

    I got him to uninstall it and reinstall a new version but he's still having the problem. He can sign into his gmail no problem its just the issue with chrome itself and its driving him insane.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

    If he has any other Google Apps such as desktop, toolbar etc get him to remove them, see if it helps
