    Hi,
We are a family of five ( three kids aged 9, 7 and 5) heading for the Vendee region in France by car, on our first family holiday...ever. we want to stay in family friendly campsites with lots of stuff for kids but one that is not too noisey at night. Does anyone out there have a recommendation based on their holiday experience? We want to stay in a mobile home and have selected the vendee region based on proximity to ferry and seaside. I am finding the internet search on this a little overwhelming, so any tips and recommendations for our family, given the ages of our kids would be great. Thanks.

No quite you area, but we used to stay in bois soleil in st george de didonne. We love it. There was lots to do for kids and by the looks of it there is even more now with entertainment nights etc,. It is right beside a gorgeous beach.
