hi - does anyone know what the cheapest way to send something signed for to the uk is. is an post registered actually signed for in the uk - do you get the proof on the tracking of the signing (i.e. guaranteed delivery)? is anybody cheaper than an post? for a letter / small packet what is the cost or link to this?
