Eos 1N

Picked up an Eos 1N on ads that's not working right,anyone got a grip,either BP- E1 or Gr-E1 and in Dublin or surrounds that I could check on it? Long shot I know.

I have the PB-E2 grip for the 1V, will that work on the 1N? I'm free to meet in town Friday evening if that suits.

I checked on the net, don't think it's compatible without bme2 grip on the 1n, whatever that is, thanks for the offer Effects,much appreciated

Oh is it, all these bp's and em's are confusing, I have the mag that goes in the bpe1, uses aa's, don't know if that's the same one, if your willing to meet up and check it out I'd be delighted Effects, I can meet anywhere that suits you on Friday

I can make into town of Friday evening about 5.30. I usually park in Stephens Green. Thinking back now I may have put the standard grip from the original eos1 on the 1v and vice versa before I sold it, just to try it out. I think they fitted ok.
Just bought a new standard grip from amazon for £50. I was waiting for one to pop up second hand but never spotted one. I find the PB-E2 can be a pain to carry around as it takes 8 AA batteries and weighs 700g. At least with the other grip I'll have the option and if I find I'm not using the PB-E2 at all I can sell it on.

Great, the standard grip would do, I have a cr2, if it works I can pick one up on amazon or whatever. I'll send you a pm with my number, cheers

Thanks the snipe, won't fit, their different on most cameras. Ta anyway
