Bomb Scare in the Curragh Friday evening ?

    I live in the Curragh in Kildare and have heard nothing of the sort .
    Was in Newbridge today with friends who were talking about there being a bomb scare in the Curragh on Friday evening .
    Was made out to be quite serious with the army and bomb disposal team called to defuse the device .

    Only thing is , I live in the Curragh , went out for a wlak friday evening and drove home and seen nothing and haven't heard anything else ?
    Just wondering does anyone know what happened ?
