    Hi Everyone,

Building in Fingal and have been "requested" by Fingal COCO to pay a levy of nearly €26K which to me in itself is daylight robbery and we are going to struggle to pay it. My question is what happens next year when the property tax comes in? Are people who paid these "levies" also suppose to come up with another mystery lump sum to pay for property tax? Surely something has to be done to offset these extortionate payments against any future property tax?

    Anybody have any thoughts?

In the same boat it's a shocken amount of money , and then put it at 3.6 apr over the term of the loan , it gets very depressing
