Hi I am looking to get the drawings of a house I am thinking of buying but have no idea how to, I have the planning reference number can I request from the council? Thanks Jim

If you have the planning reference number they will provide you with copies of the documents lodged on file for a fee. You will need to sign a copyright agreement as regards the drawings. You can also view the documents online if the relevant council has the online facility. Again you will need to accept an online copyright disclaimer.
