    Hello All,

    I am looking to make a crispy chicken batter but need to use GF Flour as my friend is coeliac , will the batter be the same using a the GF alternative?

    The best thing to use is rice flour. It can be used as a direct substitute for wheat flour and even better it stays crispy for longer.
