Xbox turns itself of if not being used

Hi my jtag 360 turns it self of if its not being used eg you pause a game for dinner or to go out and when you come back it has turned it self off. Same when i want to ftp stuff to it start up the ftp leave it to do its thing only to come back and have to turn it back on again to finish the ftp its not geting to hot and…

Go to .. Console Setting / Startup and Shutdown / Turn Off >>> Auto Off
