I'll try.Spiritual wellbeing is your connection with the universe... such as being in tune with your higher self.
Emotional wellbeing is your feelings...being in touch with your feelings.. or something along those lines.

I would think that a person's emotional wellbeing refers to their general feeling of being OK, being able to feel and handle different emotions, and having an overall sense of positive feelings (not positive feelings all the time, just on balance feeling good/happy/stable).

For different people, there will be different things that feed into a feeling of emotional wellbeing. For me it would depend on my physical wellbeing, my intellectual wellbeing, my occupational wellbeing and (mostly) my interpersonal wellbeing - probably other things too. Spiritual wellbeing wouldn't come into it for me because I am not spiritual, not really interested in that side of life.
But for others, spiritual wellbeing (which might be like what May44 describes) will be really important, and really closely linked to emotional wellbeing and happiness.
