    Quick question.

Food in a restaurant is normally charged at 13.5%. What if say for instance, mars bar cheesecake was made which contains melted mars bars. Would this dessert have to be charged at 23% ?

Deserts would normally be at the standard (23%) rate unless supplied as part of a meal, in which case the reduced rate applies (9%).

So whether there's a mars bar in it or not makes no difference.
