Replacement tags from Eurotags

Needed to order two replacement tags last week. €2.34 each for a total of €4.68. Post and packaging €5.23:mad::mad: Talk about rip off:mad::mad:

So I phoned them up, and said I would order a complete set of new tags as well to cover me for the next year or so. Asked if I placed the order for 20 new sets of tage, could I have the replacements I needed put in under the one post and packaging charge. No:( Can't be done. I have to pay two seperate P&P charges.
Some of these outfits, should be given a week in a dark room with the TROIKA:rolleyes:

have given out about them on here before, they are a total joke... rip off as for their phone service , dont get me started! imagine having a website for your business with NO contact number on it

you must be in a minority so:rolleyes: can you tell me when you leave a message and they ring you back for ordering replacement tags how many farmers actually have their credit card details, full animal tag number etc on them... there should be a facility for ordering tags on line in this day and age

Agree 100% with whelan on this one, they have a monopoly and they don't give a sh1te:mad:

I spent about a half an hour argueing on principle about not able to send replacement and new tags together ever before the sh*te hit the fan as I was always miserable. Talk about computer says no. Last time I was onto them I also got someone else full credit cards details :eek:

sorry to hear all of your grief with then,i suppose i dont deal with them that much as i order the max amount of tags every 3-4 years and only need very few replacements if a animal loses the 2 tags.:eek:

They are a disgrace

It's the managers in the dept, that give out the contract that are responsible, ultimately.
They should have a very, very, very, tight specification, as to the TOTAL cost of tag supply.
They should have an equally tight spec, for flexibility for tag delivery, including the ability to combine new tag orders with replacement tag orders.
If MullinaHOLE CoOp, gant meet the spec, then get off the pot.

No excuse for not being able to order tags/replacements online - Is there no broadband coverage in that part of Tipperary !
