Any renault mechs or people with tools

    Im looking for a tool to lock the cam pulleys on the clio 182/172. Its a longer cog to fit onto the locking tool, part number mot150901. I also need the cam tool and crank locking pin, altho these aint as important as I can get these ok.

    I doubt you will find anybody who is willing to give you a loan of those tools. I have them but loaning them out would completely defeat the purpose of me buying them in the first place.

    Well im not a nacker, but he can have a deposit or my passport or something. I just need them because renault take 10 days to get them.

    nor am I suggesting anything of the sort.......but this is an internet forum with faceless people etc......

    Well, its the same situation with renting, ive no problem buying the tool, renting,whatever. I need one by friday and renault wont have one till next week. Its a tool id use every 5years, id have no use for it after the weekend!!!!

    Give crystal agencies a bell on 087-7401080, they rent out locking tools to the trade at least. Worth a try.
