BTEA for repeat leaving cert ?

    Hi all,

    I have done my leaving cert(2009). I failed it. I hold no other qualifications. If I repeat my LC will I be eligible for BTEA. I meet all the other criteria. Just wondering if it matters that I have completed the LC before ?
