Hello folks , I'm currently spraying around some ash and alder and I'd like to know if the trees can absorb roundup through there bark. I'm being careful and using a shield on the knapsack. Any advice would be appreciated thanks

as long as you dont get it on the trees leaves you should be ok. Avoid windy days.

If spraying a lot get a micron sprayer for yourself. Use about 10% of volume as with a typical knapsack
