Where did you buy it? If not from the Apple Store you may have a battle on your hands, as there is certain tolerances for LCD screens, and they won't accept one dead pixel as a fault. Its usually 5-7 in a cluster.

As whiterebel said, they have certain tolerances. But I'd imagine apple would be kind enough to replace it.
