Golf Courses near CityWest

    Staying in CityWest this weekend and looking for top courses near enough.

    Citywest is in bad nick and dont like it much so no point suggesting the obvious :)

    Have played PGA before and really like it, but looking for somewhere else. Newlands is booked up too. Any others you can suggest?

    Grange Castle, Castlewarden?

    Kileen under 20 mins too

    Seriously though: k club is only down the road. Naas is very nice, castlewarden, kileen, slade valley all close by too.

    Luttrelstown is a nice long track. Castleknock not bad either.

    You're not a million miles from tulfarris either or only about a 20 min drive to carton

    Rathsallagh is only a 20-25 min drive away.

    FYI - Citywest is in great nick at the moment, I played it last night!

    played an open in Killeen today - course was in cracking condition

    fairways and greens were excellent all round (am not a member)-

    Top track, got out there for 15 quid last summer, felt like I was robbing the place!

    Slade Valleys in decent nick at the moment, very hilly though and not to everyones tastes.
