PSU for New Graphics Card

I'm thinking of putting a new graphics card in my Dell XPS 420. Dell XPS 420, 2.4 Ghz, 640 Gb HD (2X320 Raid 0), 4 Gb mem, 425 watts PSU, Monitor resolution 1680X1050. Want to play COD online.

I'm advised to get a HD 6870 graphics card, but I wonder if 425 watts is enough for the PSU or should I upgrade it. If so what would fit in the XPS 420 and what wattage should I go for?

You won't need a new PSU, the 6870 can run on 425 watts perfectly.
