Hey folks, looking for some advice. Had my wheels stolen from my Giant Defy 3 bike, very annoying. Am looking to replace them, but have no idea with what! Had a look online but I can't even work out what wheels would fit etc.

Looking for something cheap and long lasting, I do a couple of tri/adventure races a year but speed not really a massive issue, would prefer reliability. Any advice appreciated, thanks.

Went through a similar process two weeks ago, thread is here. Ended up with the Fulcrum 7s which I had out for the first time this weekend. Very pleased with them, not that I'd know the difference between good and bad other than from advice here tbh.

Edit: Looks like you'll need something with a Shimano compatible hub, which is most of them.

Shimano R500 wheelset is only 79 from Rose bikes at the moment cheap and cheerful but I like them.
