Hotels with good quality self catering houses on grounds

    Hi

    Am considering holidaying in Ireland this year, and was thinking of self catering as we have 2 kids under 3. Thinking of taking a house in the grounds of a good hotel and having pool facilities etc for the bad days.

    Fota or Castlemartyr sprung to mind but doesn't have to be South. Open to the West and North of the country especially.

    Anyone with any recommendations? Would like a good house, don't mind paying a bit extra for something a bit above average as it will be our only holiday this year.
