What to do in 3 weeks before marathon...

Aiming for about 3.40 in what will be second marathon. Think training was pretty good, got in 50 miles in a week about 3 weeks back, did lsr of 21 miles weekend before last, ran a 1.36.34 half marathon Saturday so think fitness and form are where I want them to be. Now just want to get over next few weeks without doing myself harm and keep fitness as it is. Any ideas?

Find a suitable marathon training program that lines up in terms of mileage/effort with the kind of training you've been doing and follow the last three weeks of the program. This will get you the start line in good shape. Take a look at HalHigdon's programs as a starting point.
