Chip upgrade !!!!!

Ok I have a toshiba netbook that is kind of nice to work on as a mate gave it to me I want to make the most of the netbook and use it as much as possible.

I am going to upgrade the memory on the book but want to know if there is a chip upgrade I can get. I am going to post the books stats below and any help would be awesome.
