Partially eaten by Squalicorax sharks, the specimen is said to be 37 feet long and has 76 neck vertebrae. The neck alone was 7 meters long. I'm a little confused, tho, as some sources say that Elasmosaurus had 76 or 77 neck vertebrae and was up to 14 or 15 meters long, yet some others say that Albertonectes was 37 feet long and had more neck vertebrae than Elasmosaurus  They even call it the longest plesiosaur overall.

    Whatever. Still a cool animal.
