    Hi,
Im having some difficulty getting a self build policy. I had 1 which lasted 2 years but my house isnt finished due to unforeseen circumstances. It is fully finished on the outside but needs to be plastered and 2nd fix on inside. Groundsworks are complete. My policy has expired and they are saying they will only extend policy for 6 months. I konw this isnt going to be enough time as i was planning on taking a break away from the build. The insurance company say ill have to reapply for a further 3month policy, that there is no guarantee ill get it. I feel i might as well be throwing money away as i need at least a year policy and any other companies i have contacted wont offer a policy if construction works have already commenced. My mortgage also require me to have this insurance but how can i get it if noone will cover me???? Has any1 any suggestions what i can do?? im getting so fustrated:mad::mad:
