    Hi all,

Just wondering is it possible to look up the convictions associated with an address or a name. The guards are constantly arresting my neighbours and I'd like to know why! Is this possible?

    Ta,

Apart from using Google the answer is no - convictions are not available for inspection by friends , neighbours , relatives , workmates , etc.
Data Protection rules and all the rest - you'll just have to stay curious .

while you have no right to know what your neighbour has been arrested for, all convictions are public knowledge through the court services, unless a judge has stated that persons cannot be named (such as child abuse cases)

So can I access the court records then? How would I go about that? I'd like to know if they have violent convictions. I heard the guards say to them the last time they were arrested that the neighbours had complained about them. It wasn't me but I'm worried they might think it was. Would the guards be allowed tell me?

Ask a friendly guard, usually they will be helpful.
