Need PSU Advice

I'm in the process of building a new rig and plan to use the i5-3570k and Radeon HD 7850. I want to overclock both the processor and the GPU (nothing mad mind you) and will hopefully eventually crossfire with another 7850.

My question is, how much wattage of a PSU do I need? I was thinking like 650w but not sure about the PSU losing power over time if it will be enough.

as long as it's by a good brand, a 650w should do.

Will probably get a SeaSonic or XFX probably. I figured 650w would be enough, just wasn't entirely sure. Thanks mate!
